HomeMy WebLinkAbout660280.tiffAUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN ORDER TO VACATE PORTION OF JOHNSON STREET - HOWSER AND TIMBERS SUBDIVISION: BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign order of partial vacation as submitted by Attorney John Henderson thereby vacating the East twenty- five (25) feet of Johnson Street between Woodward Avenue and Kaiser Avenue in Howser and Timbers Subdivision, Keenesburg, Colorado.
