CARL D. McKINLEY
BOARD OF HEALTH FOR WELD COUNTY:
WHEREAS, by resolution dated May 23, 1947, Carl D. McKinley was
appointed on the original Board of Health for Weld County, and
WHEREAS, Mr. McKinley, at a sacrifice of his time, has served with
distinction and by his wise counsel has contributed greatly to the development
and operation of said department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that it does hereby express its appreciation to Mr.
Carl D. McKinley for the faithful services rendered in the interests of the
public having been most beneficial to the Board of Health and to the taxpayers
of Weld County.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

This is to remind you that Mr. Carl McKinley's appointment
as a member of the Board of Health of Weld County will end
as of May 23, 1968.
The other members of the Board of Health passed a resolution
at today's Board meeting that they would like very much to
have Mr. McKinley re -appointed for another five year term.
We feel that Mr. McKinley will continue to be a great asset
to the Weld County Health Department.
