Dear John:
RE: Paul Felte request for expansion of feed yards
I inspected on site, this date.
1. This is not a commercial operation, merely con-
sumption of crops from his 160 acre farm.
2. Corral is 600-700, south of county road #72,
nearest residence is tenant house - just 50, south
of Weld County Road #72.
3. All buildings painted white and set on concrete
slab or concrete footings.
4. Corrals are empty and cleaned out with a minimum
of standing water from storm of April 17th.
5. All improvements built on a hill, with fields on
all sides land levelled and sloping away on east,
west and north sides. Drainage good, into fields.
6. No odor, as the winds will blow from north and
west toward distant homes.
This can easily be expanded 60 to 100'4 and I recommend
approval.

of zone and a Mobile Home Park. Regulations state in excess of 2 mobile
homes, a change of zone to MH is required and constitutes a mobile home
park. Seconded by Mr. Hopkins. A unanimous vote of "Aye". Motion car-
ried.
