All buildings painted white and set on concrete slab or concrete footings. 4. Corrals are empty and cleaned out with a minimum of standing water from storm of April 17th. 5. All improvements built on a hill, with fields on all sides land levelled and sloping away on east, west and north sides. Drainage good, into fields. 6.
