The request for permission to install 2" PVC _
water line to serve property owned by John W. v;ag fifer TYPE
location described as follows: Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 17, Township 4 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th P. F.
Perri oIon is granted to tap existing. 6" water line located at the intersection of
Weld County roads 130 and 127 at the Southeast corner of Section 8, Township 4 North, Range
68 West of the 6th P. H. and to proceed west along the north shoulder of County Road 127
with the 2 inch PVC water line a distance approximately 1,250 feet.
Permission is granted to open cut both gravel roads, providing both roads are restored
to original condition.
is granted subject to the following conditions and restrictions and agreements:
That you restore the disturbed portions of all of the right-of-way and roadway to its
original condition, backfilling to be well tamped and packed, and the last 12 inches of
backfill on crossings to be stable granular material, such as crushed rock or gravel, and
all dirt and debris to be removed from all the rights -of -way when work is completed; that
this line shall be buried in accordance with the County Engineer's specifications; that all
roadway signs. taken down be replaced immediately; that all tubas be marked ahead of trench-
er; that trenching be as close to outer edge of shoulder as possible,not tc exceed three
and one-half (32) feet; that pipe be placed under all tubes and bridges; that all lines
under existing black top or hard surfaced roads must be bored or pushed under the surfaced
portion of the roadway; that you maintain this line at all times; that you check and main-
tain backfill after all storms and assume full responsibility for any damage it may cause.
That all labor and material will be furnished by you at no expense to Weld County and
that this work will be completed within a reasonable time after construction is startsd;
that you will protect the traveling public during the installation with proper warning
signs and signals, i.e., flares, both day and night; that you assume full respon�"_ y
for all damages resulting from this installation; that in any event any changes are rr•ie
in these highways in the future that would necessitate the removal or relocation of tnis
installation you will so remove or relocate at your own expense upon written request from
Weld County.
That you save Weld County harmless from any and all claims of -any nature whatsoever
which may arise by reason of granting permission to lay the above mentioned pipeline in-
cluding costs, if any are incurred, in the defense of any claims made by any person, firm
or corporation by reason of the installation of said pipeline and the maintenance thereof.
Weld County will not be responsible for any damages caused in the maintenance of the
highways to installations placed inside the highway right-of-way.
That the licensee agrees to instaLL.proper markers for buried lines per County spei.-
f ications.
This understanding and agreement will be binding upon your respective agents, heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
