BASE STATION EQUIPMENT
RENTAL AGREEMENT
EMPIRE DISPATCH, INC.:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado that the agreement as submitted by Empire Dispatch, Inc. for the rental
of tower space and transmitter space, including electric power to operate the
base station equipment for a total of Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per month,
be and the same is hereby approved, term of said agreement being April 1, 1966
to November 1, 1971.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
