Weld County, Colorado
We have examined the statement of cash receipts, disbursements
and fund balance of the Weld County Sheriff's Fee Fund, for the period
beginning January 1, 1966, and ending November 23, 1966. Our examination
was made in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, and
accordingly included such tests of the accounting records and such other
auditing procedures as we considered necessary in the circumstances.
In our opinion, the accompanying statement of cash receipts,
disbursements and fund balance presents fairly the cash transactions of
the Weld County Sheriff's Fee Fund for the period beginning January 1, 1966,
and ending November 23, 1966.
