WHEREAS, on April 21, 1965, a public hearing was held for the purpose
of hearing protestants, if any, regarding a change of zone in the West Greeley
Areaas requested by Roy Lundvall of Greeley, Colorado, said area more particularly
described as follows:

Rezoning from "E" (Estate) to "H" (High Density), "T" (Transitional),
"B" (Business):
Section 15, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M.
From "E" to "H": the area bounded by West 25th Street on the
north, West 27th Street on the south, 49th Avenue on the east
and 49th Avenue Court on the west:
From "E" to "T": the area bounded on the
Street, on the south by West 26th Street,
Avenue, on the West by 49th Avenue:
From "E" to "B": the area bounded on the
Street, on the south by West 27th Street,
Avenue, on the west by 49th Avenue,
north by West 25th
on the east by 47th
north by West 26th
on the east by 47th
WHEREAS, there appeared no protestants to said change of zone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby unanimously agree to uphold the
recommendation of the Weld County Planning Commission by granting the change
of zone in the West Greeley area as requested by Roy Lundvall.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

RESOLUTION OF RECOMMENDATION TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
APPLICATION OF ROY LUNDVALL
Address Greeley, Colorado
Moved by John Watson that the following resolution be introduced for passage by the Weld
County Planning Commission:
Be it Resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission that the application for re-
zoning from "E" (Estate District) to "H", "T" and "B" (High Density, Transitional
and Business District) of the West Greeley District of Roy Lundvall covering the
following described property in Weld County, Colorado, to -wit:
Section 15, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M.
From "E" to "H"; The area bounded by West 25th Street on the North, West 27th
Street on the South; 49th Avenue on the East and 49th Avenue Court on the
West;
From "E" to "T"; The area bounded on the North by West 25th Street; on the South
by West 26th Street; and on the East by 47th Avenue; on the West by 49th Avenue;
From "E" to "B"; the area bounded on the North by West 26th Street; on the South
by West 27th Street; on the East by 47th Avenue; on the West by 49th Avenue;
be recommended favorably,'rto the Board of County Commissioners for the following reasons:
The Chronological time was Highland Park Final Plat - 1956; Highland Park, 2nd Filing
March 15, 1961; Highland Park East of 50th Avenue Preliminary - April 1960; Lundvall
1st - April 6, 1960; Highland Hills - January 1961; Final Approval - August 7, 1961.
The Subdivision Regulations were signed September 20, 1961. The Zoning Resolution
approved May 29:, 1961, and the West Greeley Area was Zoned Ma* 29, 1961. Highland
1st and 2nd Final Filings were August 7, 1961. Due to the fact the Subdivision Plat
had been strated it could not be changed to conform with Zoning.

The Chairman declared the motion passed and ordered that a certified copy of this Resolu-
tion be forwarded with the file of this case to the Board of County Commissioners for fur-
