HIGHWAYS, EASEMENTS IN THE RANGE VIEW ESTATES, WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, IN
BEHALF OF THE PUBLIC:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby accept the dedication of perpetual right-of-way
over the public roads, streets, highways, easements in the Range View Estates,
Weld County, Colorado, in behalf of the public, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Sectionll, thence N
90°00'00" W 1,206.00'; thence N 0°00'00" E 568.83'; thence N 72°
37'50" E 188.15'; thence N 85°14'10" E 60.21'; thence N 790 59'00"
E 162.49'; thence N 06°14'10" 'N 184.78'; thence.N 31°15'50" 'W
71.70'; thence N 19°27'40" W 227.00'; thence N 17®57'00" E 370.25';
thence N 88°37'00" E 783.44'; thence S 01°37'00" E 1,489.00' to the
true point of beginning; all in Section 11, Township 5 N., Range
66 W of the 6th P. M., in Weld County, Colorado.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
Weld County, Colorado, that the accompanying plat is accepted and approved
for filing, and the public roads, streets, highways, easements thereon
shown are accepted by the County of Weld provided, however, that the County
of Weld will undertake maintenance of roads, streets, and rights -of way
after they have been constructed by the subdivider, not the County of Weld.
Reference is hereby made to the records of the Weld County Recorder
in Book (/ , at Page / 7/i .
The above and foregoing resolution was,
