NOTICE OF HEARING
ON PETITIONS
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That there were filed in
the District Court of Weld County, Colorado, on the 16th day of
November
, 1964, Petitions entitled "In Re the Organization of
Highland Hills of Greeley Sanitation District, Weld County, Colo-
rado", which Petitions pray for the organization of a sanitation
district. Said Petitions are now on file at the office of the
Clerk of the District Court of Weld County, Colorado, in Greeley,
Colorado, and are available for public inspection.
The purpose of the District is as follows:
To supply sanitary sewage service for the Dis-
trict and the inhabitants thereof by providing
a complete sanitary sewage collection, trans-
mission, treatment and disposal system together
with all necessary incidental and appurtenant
facilities.
A general description of the improvements to be acquir-
ed by purchase, contract, construction, installation or any other
lawful means for said District is:
A complete sanitary sewage collection, trans-
mission, treatment and disposal system, which
may include, but shall not be limited to, sew-
age collection mains and laterals, transmission
lines, treatment and disposal facilities, land,
easements and pumping facilities as required,
and all necessary incidental and appurtenant
facilities, together with extensions of and im-
provements to said system.

The estimated cost of the proposed sanitary sewer facil-
ities is the amount of $250,000.
The proposed District is located in Weld County, Colo-
rado, and is described as follows:
All land lying in the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of the Northeast Quarter
(NE1/4) and the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section 15, Township 5 North,
Range 66 West of. the 6th Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado; and
those parts of the West Half (W1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NWI/4) and
the South Half (S1/2) of Section 10, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of
the 6th Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Section 10, thence North along
the West line of said Section 10 a distance of 3,457 feet more or less to
a point on the westerly extension of the South line of the City of Greeley
Reservoir property;
Thence East along said South line and its westerly extension a distance of
1,320 feet more or less to the East line of the West Half (W1/2) of the
Northwest Quarter (NWl/4) of said Section 10;
Thence South along said East line of the West Half (WI/2) of the Northwest
Quarter (NWI/4) of said Section 10 a distance of 802 feet more or less to
the centerline of the existing West Grapevine Ditch;
Thence Southeasterly along the centerline of said West Grapevine Ditch a distance
of 3,700 feet more or less to a point, said point lying 200 feet North as
measured at right angles from the South line of said Section 10;
Thence East along a line which is parallel to and a distance of 200 feet as
measured at right angles from the South line of said Section 10, a distance of
450 feet;
Thence South 200 feet to the South line of said Section 10;
Thence West along the South line of said Section 10,4,500 feat more or less to
the Point of Beginning.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that by an Order of the District
Court of Weld County, Colorado, a public Hearing on said Petitions
will be held at the hour of 10:00 o'clock A .M., at the District
Court Room in the Courthouse in Greeley, Colorado, on Monday
the 14th day of December , 1964, at which time and place any
persons in interest may appear if they so desire.
