PRECINCT BOUNDARIES IN THE CITY OF GREELEY,
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
Whereas, certair new territory has been annexed to the City of Greeley
and,
Whereas, Ward Two, Precinct Six has grown to exceed the legal registration
limit, and
whereas, it appears essential that changes in the boundaries of
certain precincts be made and a new precinct established, and
Whereas, it is desirable and necessary that the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld Ceuhty now consider, determine and establish
such -modifications- in the Election Precincts of the City of Greeley;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT
WARD TWO, PRECINCT SEVEN
Shall comprise that part of the City of Greeley bounded by the
following described lines:
Beginning at the point where the center line of Twenty—third Avenue
intersects the center line of Sixteenth Street; thence East to the
point of intersection of the center line of Sixteenth Street with the
center line of Twenty -Second Avenue; thence- North- on- the- center line of-
Twenty=Second Avenue to the point of intersection with the center line of
Thirteenth Street; thence West on the center line of Thirteenth Street
to the point of intersection with the center line of Twenty —Third Avenue;
thence South on the center line of Twenty —Third Avenue to a point of
intersection with the center line of West Fifteenth Street; thence West
on the center line of West Fifteenth Street to a point of intersection

of Section 12, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th. P.M.; thence
South along the West line of the Southwest Quarter of Section 12,
Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th. P.M. a distance of 1678.75 feet;

Ward Two, Precinct Seven continued:
thence East 70.19 feet to the most Westerly corner of Cottonwood
Village, which is also a point on the Greeley City Limit Line; thence in
a- SoutheaSrte-rly- direct 011 along the boundary line of Cottonwood Village which
also lies on the Greeley City Limit Line, to its point of intersection
with the center line of West Twentieth Street; thence East on the
center line of West Twentieth Street to a point of intersection with
the center line of Twenty —Third Avenue; thence North on the center line
of Twenty --Third Avenue to a point of intersection with the center line
of Sixteenth Street of the City of Greeley, which As the true point of
beginning.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote:
