MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
COOPER COMMUNICATIONS, INC.:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado that the agreement as submitted by Cooper Communications, Inc., for the
maintenance of all Weld County's radio communications system equipment, be and
the same is hereby approved.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
THIS MEMORANDUM OF GRFEMF:NT, made and entered into this_ 1 day of
,A.D. 1966, by and between WELD COUNTY,, hereinafter designated
ac t'i rs t. party, and COOrEH COMMUNICATIONS, INC., a corporation, herein-
after designated as second party,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, first party desires to errinloy second rarty to maintain
certain radio communications equipment, and
WHEREAS, second party is willing to do said work.
NOW, 'rHEEFFOgE, inconsideration of the premises and the agreements
herein contained, it is agreed as follows:
Second party shall orovide for first party maintenance of allits
radio communicoticns system equipment, said maintenance to consist of
the following: frequency, power and modulation adjustments and measure-
ments as - re required to keen said equipment operating in accordance
with the rules and regulations of the Federal Communication Commission
and al? services required to maintain the mobile, base and control
units in saidradio system, including providing of all narts and labor
required for such service.
Second party agrees to use Federal Communications Commission
ant roved test apparatus and licensed personnel in the maintenance and
repair of first party's equipment.
For said services, second narty shall receive and first party
agrees to ray on the following basis:
for each mobile unit $5.00 per month per unit.;
for each 100 watt base station, $24.50 per month per unit;
for each remote con1 rol console, $2.00 per month per unit.
Payment for second party's services shall be made to second o::rty at
the end of each month's service and at least by the first day of the
fallowin r month.

mobile units; 1 100 watt base station; and 3 remote control consoles;
however, this agreement may be amended to cover any additional equip—
ment which first party may acquire or any substituted equipment.
Services under this acrreement shall commence on theist day of
April, 1966, and shall continue thereafter until November 1st, l971,
This agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their
successors and aligns.
IN WITNESS WHE.i1E0F, the parties hereto have caused this .agreement

bidders at their meeting of July 9, 1975.
Cooper Communications, Inc. $772.92
Stanley Commercial Radio Company $826.75
It was the decision of the Board to accept the bid of Cooper Communications,
Inc. for the amount of $772.92. :
