RESOLUTION
O
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on Wednesday, April 17, 1968, at
11:00 o'clock A. M. in the chambers of the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County at Greeley, Colorado, for the purpose of hearing the petition
of Briggs -Voris Farms, Inc., 2406 15th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado, re-
questing a change of zone from "A" Agricultural District to "rE" Estates Dist-
rict, and
WHEREAS, the petitioner was present and also represented by Messrs.
Douglas Sears and Jerry McRae, and
WHEREAS, there was no one present in opposition to the change of zone,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the testimony
and statements from those present, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the request
of the petitioner and studied the recommendations of the Weld County Plan-
ning Commission as submitted on March 5, 1968, and having been fully in-
formed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS that the petition of Briggs -Voris Farms, Inc. , 2406 15th
Avenue, Greeley, Colorado, for a change of zone from "A" Agricultural
District to "E" Estates District, said area being more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, in Block 1, and Lots 3 and
4, in Block 3, West Ridge Subdivision, Weld County, Colo-
rado; also a tract located in the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of
Section Sixteen (16), Township Five (5) North, Range Sixty-
six (66) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Weld County,
Colorado, more specifically described as shown on attached
map made a part hereof by reference, and containing 15. 754
acres more or less,
is hereby granted under the conditions following:
1. Any water and sanitation facilities to be installed shall be approved
by the State Health Department.
2. All applicable zoning regulations shall be followed and complied with
to the satisfaction of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado.
3. Approval of Greeley Planning Commission must be obtained,
4. Performance bond in an amount as may be required by the Board of
County Commissioners to assure compliance with county road specifications.

Moved by that the following resolution be introduced for pas-
sage by the Weld County Planning Commission:
Be it Resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission that the application
for rezoning from A (Agriculture District to E ( states

covering the following described property in Weld County, Colorado, to -wit:
