We, Donald A. Carpenter and Roy M. Briggs, as Judges of
said District Court, in and for the County of Weld, State of
Colorado, do hereby appoint Rosalie S. Adams as Probate Clerk
ot the Distriot Court in and for the County of Weld, State of
Colorado, and Order that the said Rosalie S. Adams receive as
oompeneation ior her services as suoh Probate Clerk, out of the
General Fund of Weld County, the sum oi Five Thousand Four Hundred
Dollars ($5,400.00), payable Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($450.00)
per month, oommencing January 12, A.D. 1965.
