HomeMy WebLinkAbout640204.tiffAUTHORIZING THE COUNTY CIVIL DEFENSE DIRECTOR TO APPLY FOR FEDERAL CIVIL DEFENSE PARTICIPATION IN A RADIO WARNING SYSTEM: WHEREAS, $10,000 has been allowed in the 1965 budget for the Weld County Civil Defense Agency to install a warning system in Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interest of the County to install said warning system. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the Civil Defense Director be and is hereby authorized to apply for federal participation for an emergency radio communication system to be installed by the successful bidder.
