SIGN QUIT CLAIM DEED
REVERTING GRAVEL EASEMENT
DATED JUNE 23, 1947 & JANUARY 25, 1943:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, sign a Quit Claim Deed reverting all of their right, title and interest
in and to an easement removing all gravel, sand, road making and building material
acquired by instrument dated June 23, 1947 and January 25, 1943 and recorded in
the records of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder February 2, 1943, in Book 1105,
Page 144, and July 7, 1947, in Book 1207, Page 277, on a parcel of land more
particularly described as follows:
The Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section Twenty-six (26)
Township Two (2) North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS DEED, Made this 17th day of April, in the year of our
Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty-eight, between WELD COUNTY,
a municipal corporation and a political subdivision, of the State of Colo-
rado, by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, for th'; s3ective
interests of the COUNTY OF WELD, and the STATE OF COh ADO, o.
the first part, and CITIZENS INSURANCE AGENCY, INC. , a Colorado cor-
poration, of the COUNTY OF WELD, and STATE OF COLORADO, of the
second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, and in considera-
tion of the sum of other valuable considerations and ten dollars, to said
party of the first part in hand and paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised;
released, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents
remise, release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the said party of
second part, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the .-:-:_c

Page 277, of the Weld County Records, respectively.
