ELECTION PRECINCT BOUNDARIES IN
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
Whereas, the growth in population in certain precincts
in the County of Weld, State of Colorado, has made changes in precinct
boundaries necessary in order that all precincts may be in compliance
with the law, it appears that it is mandatory and desirable and necessary
that the Board of Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, now consider,
determine and establish certain modifications in the following boundary
lines:
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
PRECINCT TWENTY—FOUR OF THE COUNTY
OF WELD, STATE OF COLORADO,
Shall consist of all that area lying within t}.e following described
boundary lines; Commencing at the North
Quarter corner of Section 19,
Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th. P.M.;thence South and East
on the Evans town limit line to the Northwest corner of Pleasant Acres.
Trailer Court, which is also a point on the Fifteenth Avenue of the town
of Evans; thence South on the center line of the Fifteenth Avenue to the
center line of Ninth Street of the town of Evane;thence East to the point
of intersection of Ninth Street with the center line of U.S. Highway No.85
thence in a Southerly direction on said center line of U.S.Highway No. 85
to its intersection with the center line of the South Platte River; thence
along the center line of the South Platte River to its intersection with
the West line of Section 36, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th.
P. M. ; Thence West one and one—half miles more or less to the center of
Seetion 34 it said Township and Ran?e•
thence South one=half mile, more
or less to the South Quarter corner of said Section 34; thence West
one—fourth mile, more or less, tothe Southeast corner of the Squthwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 34; thence North
one—fourth mile, more or less, to the Northeast corner of the Southwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 34; thence West
one—fourth mile, more or less, to the Northwest corner of the Southwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 34;thence South

said Township and Range, thence West two and one—half miles, more or
less, to the South Quarter corner of Section 31, Township 5 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th. P.M., thence North two miles, more or less
on the North and South center line of Sections 31 and 30, Township
5 North. Range 66 West of the 6th. P.M. to the North Quarter corner of
said Section 30, thence East one-half mile, more or less, to the
Northeast corner of said Section 30, thence North one-half mile,more
or less,to the West Quarter corner of Section 20, in said Township and
Range,thence East one-half mile, more or less, to the center of said
Section 20, thence North one-half mile, more. or less, to the North
Quarter corner of said Section 20, thence East one and one-half miles,
more or less, to the Northwest corner of Section 22, Township 5 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th. P.M., thence North one-half mile, more or
less, to the West Quarter corner of Section 15, Township 5 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th. P.M., thence East one-half mile, more or
less, to the center of said Section 15, thence South one-half mile, more
or less, to the South Quarter corner of said Section 15, thence East one
and one-half miles ,-'ore or less, to the Northeast corner of Section 23,
Township 5 North,Range 66 West of the 6t1. P.M., thence South one -ha f
mile,more or less, to the West Quarter corner of Section 24, in said
Township and Range,thence East one Mile, more or less, to the East
Quarter corner of said Section 24, thence North one-half mile, more or
less, to the Northwest corner of Section. 19 Township 5 North, Range
65 West of the 6th. P.M.,thence East one-half mile , more or less, to
the North Quarter corner of section 19, Township 5 North, Range 65
West of the 6th P.M., being the point of beginning.
