DESIGNATING AGRICULTURAL AREA:
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended
that an area around the Town of Fort Lupton, Colorado, as shown on attached
map, be zoned as designated, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, believes it to be to the best interests of the County to
accept said recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that an area around the Town of Fort Lupton,
Colorado, as shown on the aforementioned attached map be, and is hereby
designated as such.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote:
