WARRANTY DEED
THIS DEED, Made this 9th day of April in the
year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixty-nine , between
MAX BARELA, RAYMOND BARELA, ESTHER SABADO, all of Cheyenne,
Wyoming; and MARGARET SIERRA and GEORGE J. BARELA, both
of the City and County of Denver, and State of Colorado, of the first part,
and Weld County, Colorado, a municipal corporation, at Greeley, Colorado,
of the second part;
WITNESSETH; That the said parties of the first part, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of other valuable considerations and Ten and no/100 Dollars,
to the said parties of the first part in hand by the said party of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have
granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant,
bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part,
and its assigns, forever, all the following described lots or parcels of
land, situate, lying and being in the County of Weld and State of Colorado,
to -wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, in Block 2, of the first
Pence subdivision to the Town of Ault, Weld
County, Colorado, according to the recorded
map or plat thereof.
TOGETHER, with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof;
and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of
of the said parties of the first part either in law or equity, of, in and to
the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises above bargained and described,
with appurtenances, unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs
and assigns forever. And the said parties of the first part, for themselves,
their heirs, executors and administrators, do covenant, grant. bargain and

agree to and with the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns,
that at the time of the ensealing and delivery of these presents we are well
seized of the premises above conveyed, as of good, sure, perfect, absolute
and indefeasible estate of inheritance, in law, in fee simple, and have good
right, full power and lawful authority to grant, bargain, sell and convey the
same in manner and form aforesaid, and that the same are free and clear
from all former and other grants, bargains, sales, liens, taxes, assessments
and incumbrances of whatever kind or nature soever: Reservations, excep-
tions, easements and restrictions of record; and subject to 1969 taxes due
and payable in 1970,
and the above premises, in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, against all and every
person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the whole or any part thereof,
the said parties of the first part shall and will WARRANT AND FOREVER
DEFEND.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The said parties of the first part have hereunto set
their hand and seals the day and year first above written.

RESOLUTION
IN THE MATTER OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, WELD
COUNTY, COLORADO, PURCHASING FOUR LOTS IN AULT, COLORADO,
TO BE USED FOR EXPANSION OF COUNTY SHOPS, DISTRICT NO, 1.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colo-
rado, has determined that additional facilities are needed for expansion of
County shops, District No. 1, or Ault, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, certain property suitable for such expansion is available
and located adjacent to the present existing county shop facilities, District
No. 1 at Ault, Colorado, and consisting of four lots, and
WHEREAS, the Board deeming it advisable and in the best interests
of the County, has entered into a contract with the Sellers for the purchase
of said lots, including all buildings thereon for the total purchase price of
• $5,000.00, and
WHEREAS, close proximity of these lots to the present county shop
facilities, District No. 1, at Ault, Colorado, makes it convenient and desir-
able for needed expansion and therefore, it is in the best interests of the
County to purchase said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, hereby affirms and ratifies the
purchase of said lots at Ault, Colorado; and that record title to said real
estate be taken in the name of the County of Weld, State of Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
