COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH
STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT
PROJECT S 0034 (8)
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby approve a certain agreement with the State Highway
Commission of Colorado, a public corporation, for the use and benefit of the
Department of Highways of the State of Colorado, dated July 6, 1966, whereby
the County has reviewed and approved the Geometric Standards designated to
govern the construction of a Federal Aid Secondary Project S 0034 (8) of
improvements approximately 0.989 miles long beginning at the East End of
Project S 0034 (6) East to Windsor on State Highway Number 392, as per terms
of said agreement on behalf of Weld County by signatures of the Board, as
per agreement attached hereto and made a part of this resolution.
The above and foregoing resolution was on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

WITNESSETH that

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the Federal Aid Act of 1950, the
Parties have jointly reviewed the Geometric Standards governing the type of
construction for said Project and have agreed as follows:
That, the l.9 65 Annual Average Traffic Volume, as determined from actual
vehicular count, by the Planning and Research Division of the Department is found

to be vehicles per day. Therefore, in accordance with approved and

vehicles pe day. Consequently, the type of construction shall be that
designated as Type of the Geometric Standards dated February, 1963, more
fully described as follows:

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the
Successors and assigns of the Parties Thereto.
This Agreement is executed with reference to the signatories on behalf
of the County by virtue of a Resolution passed at the meeting of the Board of
County Commissioners held on July�6,'1966 a certified copy of which is
attached hereto!
