SIGN QUIT CLAIM DEED
REVERTING GRAVEL EASEMENT
DATED JANUARY 25, 1937: JOHN D. WARBERG
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, sign a Quit Claim Deed reverting all of their right, title and interest
in and to an easement removing all gravel, sand, road making and building material
acquired by instrument dated January 25, 1937 and recorded in the records of the
Weld County Clerk and Recorder on February 20, 1937 in Book 1005, Page 619, on a
parcel of land more particularly described as follows:
A tract of about three acres of land (irregular in shape), lying
west of the Union Pacific Railroad Company's right of way and the
center of said tract being about 1500 feet south and 1200 feet
east of the Northwest corner of Section 7, Township 2 North, Range
67 West of the 6th P. M.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

THIS DEED, Made this 10th day of April, in the year of
our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty-eight, between WELD
COUNTY, a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of the
State of Colorado, by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, 1w its
respective interests, of the COUNTY OF WELD, and the STATE OF
COLORADO, of the first part, and JOHN D. WARBERG and CARL WARBERG,
of the COUNTY OF WELD and STATE OF COLORADO, of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, and in consider-
eration of the sum of other valuable considerations and ten dollars, to said
party of the first part in hand and paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and confessed, has remised,
released, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents does
remise, release, sell, convey, and QUIT CLAIM unto the said party of the
second part, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said
party of the first part has in and to the following described real estate situate,
lying and being in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to -wit:
As described in instrument dated January 25, 1937, recorded
February 20, 1937, in Book 1005, Page 619, Weld Coup:y
Records.
To Have and To Hold the same, together with all and singular the
appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever,
of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper
use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, their heirs and
assigns forever.
SIGNED AND DELIVERED this 10th day of April, A. D. 1968, by
WELD COUNTY, a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of the
STATE OF COLORADO by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, for
its respective interests.
