FOR REMODELING WELD COUNTY COURT HOUSE
AND WELD COUNTY SERVICES BUILDING:

Commissioner Shultz offered the following resolution and moved its
WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, held on June 10, 1964, Mr. Claude E. Nash, Architect,
presented the preliminary plans and reports for the remodeling of the Weld
County Court House and Services Buildings, dated May 1, 1964, and as revised
May 4, May 11 and June 10, and
WHEREAS, due to the judicial reform Amendment No. One adopted by
the voters in 1962, said plans as revised meet the requirements made necessary
by the expansion of Court facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the final revised plans, dated June 10, 1964,
for remodeling -the -Weld County Court House and -Services Building be and they are
hereby approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Mr. Nash be and he is hereby instructed
to proceed immediately with the working drawings and specifications for the
entire project.
Commissioner Reed seconded the resolution and it was adopted by
the following unanimous vote:
