Resolution:
" WHERELS, under cooperative agreement between the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, the Colorado Experimental
Station of Fort Collins and the Bureau of Plant Industry of the
U. S. Department of Agriculture, as pursuant to Chapter one of
the Session Laws of 1915, there has been established in Weld
County, an Experimental Station near Greeley, upon leased land; and
WHEREAS, Yreld County, as its portion of cooperation in said
Experiment Station, has been raying the sum of one thousand dollars
($3000.00) yearly for rental of trey land for said notion; and
WHEREAS, it is highly important to continue said Station on
a permanent basis and to acquire title to land therefor,

to appropriate one half share of the cost of purchase of land fox►
said purpose,
BY IT KESOLV}= , by the Board o f County Corm:isaioners of Leld
County, Colorado, that S eld County will make .avai.lsbie for the
purchase of land for said T periment Station, a sum of money
up to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), such as will equal
an appropriation to be made for such purpose by the 1923
Legislature, so that said Station m7.7)7 be maintained under such
agreement and such acts of the Legislature and of the United
States Government and the said State Agricultural College
and the Bureau of Plant Industry and the Hoard of County Commissioners
of ::c d County, :s shall be adopted relative thereto."
Motion was duly seconded and being put to vote, was carried
