in the area hereinafter desc//ribed, tornit:

Range 66 West of the h P.H.; and'rtore partic-
ularly described as f lows: Commencing at the
NB corner of the 'SJt, nce South 533 feet;
thence 1320 feet tW. the.point of beginning; thence
South 110 feet, t Hast:`A74--teet, thence North
110 feet, thence What74 feet to point of begin-
ning; county of Weld, to of Colorado.
The area is now located -in an agricultural Zone "A".
The location is more than 6,o feet from any State or Federal
Highway right-of-way and ,b sore than 660 feet from any resi-
dential property or dwel ibg. Therefore, under Section 3.3
of mooing resolution of Weld County, Colorado, adopted May
29, 1961 this business -'location for a pulverizing feed lot
manure processing plant is hereby approved and authorised.
