GRANTING CHANGE OF ZONE
FORT LUPTON AREA
PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF COLORADO, BRIGHTON:
WHEREAS, on May 15, 1967, a public hearing was had for the purpose
of hearing protestants, if any, regarding a change of zone from "A" Agricultural
District to "C" Commercial District as requested by the Public Service Company
of Colorado of Brighton, Colorado, said area more particularly described as follows:
A part of the Si of the Si-, Section 31, Township 1 North
Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado
containing 2.98 acres, m/l
and
WHEREAS, there appeared no protestants to said change of zone.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby agree to uphold the recommendations
of the Weld County Planning Commission by granting the change of zone in the
Fort Lupton area as requested by the Public Service Company of Colorado.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

sage by the Weld County Planning Commission:
Be it Resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission that the application for
rezoning from A (Agriculture District) to ( aonuneroi_al

covering the following described property in Weld County, Colorado, to -wit:

A request for a change of zone was brought before a hearing on
Monday, May 15, 1967 in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Weld
County, Colorado at the hour of 10:00 A. M.
The following were present:
Marshall H. Anderson, Chairman Board of County Commissioners
Harold W. Anderson, Member Board of County Commissioners
Edward L. Dunbar, Member Board of County Commissioners
Samuel S. Telep, County Attorney
County Clerk
James W. Hart - Division Manager Public Service of Colorado - Brighton
Robert Cottle - Division Superintendent of Public Service Company

The request was for a change of zone from "A" Agricultural to "C" Commercial

There being no protestants at said hearing the request was granted.
