JACOBUCCI SUBDIVISION:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby approve the dedication of the perpetual rights -of -
way over the public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the
public in the Jacobucci Subdivision, being a subdivision located in the Southeast
Quarter of Section 32, Township 1 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P. M., Weld
County, Colorado, more particualrly described as follows:
Beginning at the East one -quarter corner of said Section 32;
thence S 00°00'00" W on an assumed bearing along the East line of the
Southeast one -quarter said Section 32 a distance of 915.84 feet to
the true point of beginning; thence continuing S 00°00'00" W along
said East line a distance of 890.84 feet to a point 832.00 feet
North of the Southeast corner of said Southeast one -quarter; thence
N 89°49'00" W and parallel to the South line of said Southwest
one -quarter a distance of 832.00 feet; thence N 00°00'00" E and
parallel to the East line of said Southeast one -quarter a distance
of 890.84 feet; thence S 89°49'00" E parallel to the South line
of said Southeast one -quarter a distance of 832.00 feet to the true
point of beginning, containing 17.015 acres, m/l.
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the accompanying plat is approved for
filing, and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are
approved, provided, however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance
of said streets, roads, and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by
the subdivider according to specifications and accepted by the County of Weld, and
BE IT STILL FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subdivider shall post a bond
in the sum of $2,500.00 (minimum) prior to beginning construction of subdivision
roads, to guarantee absolute compliance with County Road specifications and that
said bond shall continue for one year after completion of said roads or unless
sooner released by action of the Board. �-7
