TOWNSHIP 3, RANGE 67, WEST OF THE 6th P. M.
TO ALBERT D. KUNTZ:
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
has duly advertised in the legal paper of Weld County, Colorado, property no
longer used by District Number Two, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interest of the County
to accept the highest bid of $750.00 as submitted by Albert D. Kuntz of Route 2
Box 55, Platteville, Colorado.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado do herebyconvey by quit claim deed to Albert D. Kuntz said
property more particularly described as follows:
A part of the E'-SWI, beginning at the SW corner of Section
21, East 1681.4 feet, more or less, North 916.5 feet, more
or less, to the true point of beginning, South 60°56' East
200 feet Southwest and parallel to the U. P. 75 feet North
600 56' West 200 feet Northeast and parallel to U.P.R.R.
75 feet, more or less to the beginning of Section 21,
Township 3 North Range 67 West. Except U.P.R.R. Company
reservation.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
