KUNTZ: WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, has duly advertised in the legal paper of Weld County, Colorado, property no longer used by District Number Two, and WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interest of the County to accept the highest bid of $750.00 as submitted by Albert D. Kuntz of Route 2 Box 55, Platteville, Colorado. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado do herebyconvey by quit claim deed to Albert D.
