REVERTING GRAVEL EASEMENT
JUNE 4, 1959:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that the Chairman of the Board be and he is hereby authorized to sign
a Quit Claim Deed reverting all of their right, title and interest in and to an
easement removing all gravel, sand, roadmaking and building material acquired
by instrument dated June 4, 1959, recorded June 9, 1959, in Book 1533 at page
386, Weld County Reocrds, said parcel of land more particularly described as
follows:
A plot of ground located in the Southwest corner of the Southwest
Quarter (SWe) of Section 29, Township 9 North, Range 67 West of
the 6th P. M., approximately 400 feet by 150 feet, containing 1
acre, more or less.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS DEED, Made this 5th day of June, in the year of our
Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty-eight, between WELD COUNTY,
a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of the State of Colorado,
by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, for the respective interests
of the COUNTY OF WELD, and the STATE OF COLORADO, of the first
part, and THE PRESENT OWNERS, of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, and in consid-
eration of the sum of other valuable considerations and ten dollars, to said
party of the first part in hand and paid by the said parties of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, re-
leased, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents does re-
mise, release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the said parties of the
second part, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said
party of the first part has in and to the following described real estate situ-
ate, lying and being in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to -wit:
As described in instrument dated June 4, 1959, re-
corded June 9, 1959, in Book 1533, Page 386, Weld
County Records.
To Have and To Hold the same, together with all and singular the
appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever,
of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper
use, benefit, and behoof of the said parties of the second part, their heirs
and assigns forever.
SIGNED AND DELIVERED this 5th day of June, A. D. 1968,
by WELD COUNTY, a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of
the STATE OF COLORADO by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS,
for its respective interests.
