WHEREAS, James P. McKay and Michael G. McArthur, Route 2,
Box 209, Greeley, Colorado, have requested permission for expansion
of a feed lot operation on the following described property, to -wit:
Part of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of the Northeast
Quarter (NE4) of Section Thirty-three (33), Township
Six (6) North of Range Sixty-six (66) West of the 6th
P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the said requested expansion of an existing feed lot
operation is located in an Agricultural zone as set forth by the Weld
County Zoning Resolution, and
WHEREAS, according to Section 3. 3 (3) (c) of the Zoning Resolution
of Weld County, said feed lot operation or any expansion thereof may be
authorized on the approval of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended
that the expansion of this feed lot operation be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that James P. McKay and
Michael G. McArthur are hereby authorized to expand existing feed lot
operation on the following described property, to -wit:
Part of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of the Northeast
Quarter (NE4) of Section Thirty-three (33), Township
Six (6) Nbrth of Range Sixty-six (66) West of the 6th
P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
as provided by Section 3. 3 (3) (c) of the Zoning Resolution of Weld County,
Colorado.

Gentlemen:
The undersigned are in the process of purchasing from
Regis C. McKay and Rachel E. McKay the following described real estate
located in Weld County, Colorado, to -wit:
The NW' of the NE4 of Section 33, in Township 6 North of
Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., excepting therefrom parcels
of land conveyed by deeds recorded in Book 116, Page 219;
Book 287, Page 116; Book 250, Page 490; Book 287, Page 117;
Book 603, Page 5; Book 711, Page 90 and Book 993, Page 96,
Weld County Records.
Also excepting right of way of the C&S RR Co., as conveyed
by Deed recorded in Book 31, Page 294 and Book 35, Page 353,
Weld County Records.
Also that part of the NW% of the NE1 of Section 33, in Town-
ship 6 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., more particu-
larly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is south 23 feet and west 678.2 feet
from the intersection of the east line of the NW4 of the NE%
of said Section 33 with the south right of way line of the
Colorado $ Southern Railroad; thence west 123.8 feet to a
point; thence north 35.3 feet to a point; thence southeast-
wardly parallel with and 205 feet distant at right angles
from the south right of way line of the Colorado g Southern
Railroad 127.9 feet to the place of beginning.
For the past four years, there have existed on the above de-
scribed property, among other improvements, four corrals which will handle
700 head of feeder cattle. It is the intention of the undersigned to
build an additional fifteen corrals which will make a total of nineteen
corrals and which will handle 2,500 head of feeder cattle.
We request your permission to build the said fifteen corrals
and an office building of frame construction twelve by twenty-four feet.

of zone and a Mobile Home Park. Regulations state in excess of 2 mobile
homes, a change of zone to MH is required and constitutes a mobile home
park. Seconded by Mr. Hopkins. A unanimous vote of "Aye". Motion car-
ried.
