ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF ALL STREETS, AVENUES AND LANES IN SIXTH ADDITION TO a
BELAIR PARK, A SUBDIVISION IN WELD COUNTY, COLORADO:
On motion, duly made and seconded, it was
RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
that they hereby accept the dedication of all streets, avenues and lanes in Sixth
Addition to Belair Park, a subdivision in Weld County, Colorado, in behalf of the
public, from C. L. M. Land Company, to -wit:
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT C. L. M. LAND CO., being sole owner in
fee of a tract of land described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of
Section 13, Township 5 North, Range 66 West, of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado;
thence, North 89° 32' 59" East along the South section line of said Section 13, 1661.00
feet; thence, North 15° 02' 36" East 152.92 feet; thence, North 8° 52' 20" East 197.14
feet; thence, North 8° 52' 20" East 301.29 feet; thence, North 88° 33' 20" West 347.01
feet; North 55° 09' 03" West 237.61 feet to the true point of beginning, said point
of beginning being identical to the North corner of Lot 6, Block 1, of the Fifth
Addition to Belair Park, as platted and recorded in the records of Weld County, Colorado;

to the true point of beginning; all in the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township
5 North, Range 66 West, of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, shown on the attached
map as embraced with the heavy red exterior lines thereon, have subdivided the same in-
to lots and blocks as shown on the attached map and do hereby set aside portion of tract
of land and designate the same as Sixth Addition to Belair Park, a Subdivision in Weld
County, Colorado, and do hereby dedicate to the public the streets, avenues, and lanes,
and the dimensions of the lots and blocks and the names and numbers thereof are
correctly designated.upon said map and the scale thereof is correctly designated as
1 inch to 100 feet.
Reference is hereby made to the records of the Weld County Recorder, Recorded in
Book 9 at Page /LSD .
