County, Colorado records, James D. Hassed and the undersigned, Charles A.
Karowsky, acquired title to the North Half of Section 27, Township 5 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. as Trustees. Eatd lands above described were to
be held for the benefit of those persons named to document designated as Land
Trust Agreement and Declaration of Trust, dated March 6, 1961 and recorded in
Book 1640 at Page 212, Weld County, Colorado records; and,
WHEREAS, James D. Hassed died and { trcuant to the terms of the above
described Declaration of Trust, the and rsigned has continued to act as .`

WHEREAS, on or about December 11, 1991, the undersigned Trustee was paid
in full by Lake Arrowhead, Inc. for all unplatted Lands sold to it; and,
