RE: ACTION OF THE WELD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS REGARDING BUILDING CODE
ORDINANCE VIOLATION -JERRY AND RUTH FOGG/DAVID AND MICKI FOGG
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Jerry and Ruth Fogg/David and Micki Fogg, VI #9800177, are allegedly in
violation of the Weld County Building Code Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter are continuing, and
WHEREAS, on the 12th day of January, 1999, a public hearing was held before the
Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation,
and
WHEREAS, David Fogg, property owner, was present at said hearing, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deemed it advisable to continue said
violation to February 9, 1999, at 10:00 a.m., to allow scheduled inspections to be completed by
the Department of Planning Services staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that VI#9800177 against Jerry and Ruth Fogg/David and Micki Fogg
be, and hereby is, continued to February 9, 1999, at 10:00
