JUSTIFICATION: During the course of the project, some minor additions have been made to
the contract Quantities that have increased the contract price by the amount listed below.
The contract time for Project 61/54A should also be increased because of bad weather, high
water conditions, utility work delays and slow pile driving conditions.
You are directed to make the following changes in the work. All other terms and
conditions of the contract not expressly modified hereby shall remain in full force and
effect.
