Members Present Cody Wooldridge Central Weld County Water District Jerry Adams Greeley Gas Gary Sandau La Salle Fire Protection District Don Carroll Weld County Public Works Also Present: Linn Leeburg, Leeburg &Associates; Julie Chester, Planner, Eric Jerman, Planner, Department of Planning Services; Trisha Swanson, Secretary. CASE NUMBER: S-510 PLANNER: Julie Chester APPLICANT: Robert Winter; Winter Knolls PUD LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot A of RE-1694, part of the NW4 of Section 14, Township 6 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. LOCATION: South of and adjacent to WCR 70, approximately Y mile east of WCR 21 REQUEST. Final Plat for a 4-lot PUD -Winter Knolls Julie Chester, Planner, presented the final plan for Case S-510 and stated that Winters Knoll will be a 5- Lot Estate zoned subdivision with open space. It will be serviced by septic systems, North Weld water, and Public Service electric. This subdivision is north of Windsor with a ditch along the west side of the subdivision, owned by Mr. Winters. Discussion followed concerning the water line and the easement in the road Right-Of-Way. Cody Wooldridge moved to accept the plat as presented. Jerry Adams seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. CASE NUMBER: S-511 PLANNER: Eric Jerman APPLICANT: Karen Libin - Peaks at Mountain View LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot B RE-2150 being Part of the SE4 Section 5, Township 1 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. LOCATION: Approximately 1/4 mile north of WCR 12 and approximately 1/4 mile west of WCR 5 (west of and adjacent to Fir Avenue) REQUEST: PUD Final Plan for 5 lots for residential (Estate zone district) uses Eric Jerman, Planner, presented the final plan for Case S-511. Eric also stated that the ditch between lots 4 and 5 will be abandoned. Linn Leeburg, representative for the applicant, stated that the ditch has been abandoned for several years now, it is just going to be made an official abandonment. Discussion followed concerning the width of the easements and the phone lines being in the road Right- Of-Way. Cody Wooldridge moved to accept the plat as presented. Jerry Adams seconded the motion.
