SIGN QUIT CLAIM DEED
GREATER GREELEY IMPROVEMENT COMPANY:

WHEREAS, Weld County did by the original plat and dedication in the
Union Colony Subdivision of lands acquire rights -of -way for road purposes, and
WHEREAS, said rights -of -way have since said date been abandoned and
no longer of any use to the County, the present owner has requested a Quit
Claim Deed to said rights -of -way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that a Quit Claim Deed be and is hereby authorized
to be executed wherein Weld County, Colorado, is named grantor and The Greater
Greeley Improvement Company is named as grantee to the following described
real estate situate, lying and being in the County of Weld and State of
Colorado, to -wit:
The County roads which were originally platted and dedicated
in the Union Colony Subdivision of land to the extent that
such roads were located within the boundaries of Greeley
Industrial Park, a subdivision of a part of the East half (E2)
of Section Seventeen (17), Township Five (5) North, Range
Sixty-five (65) West of the Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian
and only as such roads were located along the Quarter section
lines between the Northeast Quarter (NE4) and the Southeast
Quarter (SE4) of said Section Seventeen (17) and the Quarter
Quarter Section line between the Northeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter (NE4NE4) and the Southeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter (SE*NE4) of said Section Seventeen (17).
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

of the Northeast Quarter (SEINE') of said Section
Seventeen (17).

ileges 'hereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title; in-
