USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW ATTACHMENTS
Enclosed are 6 drawings that will give a more detailed picture of the
facilities that are to be built. They are to serve as guidelines for our
construction but may need to be modified due to topography, ordinances,
consumer demand, or financial decision making, among other factors.
The following drawings are also shown is less detail on the plot map.
• Sporting Clays Course
• 200 yard Rifle/Pistol Range
• Archery Range
• Trap & Skeet Range
• Clubhouse (Phase II)
• 600 yard Rifle Range
Also enclosed is a letter to County Attorney, Lee Morrison. In this letter
we have asked the county to vacate some of the road easements that are
internal to our property. Our primary reason is that some of our
proposed uses overlap or are very near to some of the section lines.
Additionally, any roads that are built through the center of this property
will detract from the secluded atmosphere that we will be trying to
maintain. Details and rational of this request are included in this letter.
As of February 8th, the date of the USR submittal, we have only met once
with the county attorney. We expect to have ongoing dialog with both the
planning department and the attorney as the USR and our request to
vacate progress through the system.
