Subject: 2004 request to vacate-Ademar USR 1220
Reply requested when convenient
The applicant has asked what will happen in 2004 with the letter requesting
vacation of the permit if the neighbors have reached agreement that would
allow the operation to continue past the deadline currently agreed to. It was
my intent , consistent with the Board's practices, that the letter would have
to be placed on the business agenda and acted upon by the Board before the
vacation could become effective. Therefore, if circumstances change and the
neighboring parties agreed to an extension of time the Board could defer
vacating the permit to that later date.
