CANCEL OLD TAX SALE CERTIFICATES:
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, has requested
authorization to cancel tax sale certificates that are uncollectible, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interests of the
County to cancel said certificates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, be
and he is hereby authorized to cancel said County tax sale certificates as listed
by the County Treasurer, a copy of which is hereto attached and made a part of
this resolution.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

Dear Sirs:
I see no reason why the above and foregoing County Tax Sale
Certificates should not be cancelled as they represent taxes that
are uncollectible, are a cloud on the title to the land, so I am
informed, and owners of the land object to this tax sale information
being put on their receipts for general taxes.
Therefore, I respectfully request a resolution authorizing
County Treasurer to cancel the above and foregoing County Tax Sale
Certificates.
