RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF AL ARRIESSECQ AND REAPPOINTMENTS OF DAN
DAILEY AND ROBERT KNEPEL TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Al Arriessecq be appointed to said Board to
replace Penny Axton as the Social Services representative and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dan Dailey, Mental Health representative
and Robert Knepel, Law Enforcement - District Attorney representative, be reappointed to said
Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Al Arriessecq and reappoint Dan
Dailey and Robert Knepel to said board, with their terms to expire November 1, 2000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Al Arriessecq be, and hereby is, appointed, to the Juvenile
Community Review Board, with his term to expire November 1, 2000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Dan Dailey and Robert Knepel be, and
hereby are, reappointed to the Juvenile Community Review Board, with their terms to expire
November 1, 2000.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 27th day of October, A.D., 1997.
