In reference to several properties that I am involved in the sale of the owners have
received this years tax notice showing an unreasonable increase in their taxes. If inflation
has anything to do with the increase, it is way above the rate of inflation.
The property is located at 379 Weld County Road#A9, Pin#R6303086. Owners are Raul
M and Edwina A. Gill. The taxes increased from $2170 to S2852. There were no
changes in zoning and no improvements made. This increase is unfair and seems to be a
little bit
like revenge.
1 appears since Amendment#1, that the Government is very upset and is going to haunt
the people until all opportunity and cooperation by choice is gone. 1 believe the
Govea suncnt has more than enough income to operate . Government needs to be more
concerned about the working class of people and be thankful there is still a working class.
The owners and myself would like a quick response to this high and unfair increase in the
taxes.

The property is a vacant parcel of land in Firestone There have been nu changes in
zoning or no improvements made The owner is Joanne Gillespie, pin*R5438386. The
taxes went from 3649 in 1994 to S2,033.49 in 1995. This increase is unAtir and seers to
be a little bit like revenge
