NOTICE OF HEARING
The state board will meet on Tuesday, November 19, 1996, at 10:00 a.m. , in the
Legislative Services Building located at 200 E. 14th Avenue, Hearing Room A,
Denver, Colorado.
The State Board met on October 28, 1996, and ordered 14 counties to remove
possessory interest valuations. Those counties were instructed to report back
to the state board within two weeks that they had removed the possessory
interest valuations.
At this hearing the State Board will determine what further action, if any,
needs to be taken on the issue of possessory interest valuations.
