REQUEST FOR TREASURER'S DEED:
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer has submitted the following list of
Treasurer's Certificates of Purchase covering properties on which Treasurer's
Deeds can now be issued, to -wit:
Ctf. No. 287/1960 Lot 8 Block 8 Carr
Ctf. No. 300/1960 Pt NE4: Section 8 T 9, Rge 66 being 2 acre:
Beginning on E line of NEft, 600' S of NE cor
of NE4, SW in a straight line to a pt 775'
S and 200' W of NE cor of the NE4, S 225',
SE to a pt on E line 575' to beginning; Tr 12

and,
WHEREAS, the County is desirous of obtaining Deeds in order that the
property can be sold, thereby returning said properties to the tax roll.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign
the request for Treasurer's Deeds, a copy of the request is hereto attached and
made a part of this resolution.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
