ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHT -OF -NAY
RIVER PARK TRAILER COURT:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, that they accept the dedication of perpetual right-of-way over the
public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the public, for
River Park Trailer Court, being sole owner in fee of a tract of land lying
in Blocks 37 and 38 of Clayton Park, a subdivision of lands in and adjoining
the City of Greeley, Neld County, Colorado, being more particularly described
as follows:
Considering the North line of said "D" Street to bear North
90°00'00" West and with all other bearings contained herein
relative thereto:
Commencing at a pt on the N line of "D" Street as platted in
said Clayton Park Subdivision, from which the SW cor of said
Block 37 bears N 90°00'00" N a distance of 416.90 ft; thence
N 03°36'00" N 518.40 ft, m/1, to an iron pin, said pin being
the true pt of beg; thence S 86°06'00" N 138.10 ft, m/1 to an
iron pin; thence N 01°07'00" W 161.00 ft; thence S 87°34'40"
N 236.64 ft; thence N 0°00'00" N 362.65 ft; thence S 85°45'00"
E 468.84 ft; thence S 0°00'00" N 469.46 ft; thence S 90°00'00"
N 90.00 ft, m/1, to the trte pt of beg, containing 4.44 acres,
m/1
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld
County, Colorado, that the accompanying plat is accepted and approved for filing,
and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are accepted,
provided, however, that the County of Neld will not undertake maintenance of
streets, roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the sub-
divider according to specifications, and accepted by the County of Neld.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
