Please be informed that the above referenced land on which we presently have
a special use permit has been transferred from Moark Hatcheries, LLC to
another company of ours, Premier Farms, LLC. We are desirous of transferring
our special use permit from Moark Hatcheries, LLC to Premier Farms, LLC.
Please understand that the owners of both companies are one and the same
and we are still in compliance with all rules and regulations of the Board of Weld
