Dear Ms. Chiappone:
Winslow Construction Company,as Operator of the above referenced mining operation,hereby requests release
from it's Performance and Financial Warranties for this pit.
All applicable portions of the Reclamation Plan requirements have been satisfied in accordance with the rules and
requirements of The Act.
Grading and topsoiling were completed in the fall of 1998. The landowner has been growing corn since then.
Copies of this request were sent to the County and to the property owner. Proof of mailing is enclosed.
Photographs of the reclaimed area are enclosed.
We will be pleased to furnish any additional information required.

Winslow Construction Company,as Operator of the above referenced mining operation,hereby requests release
from its Performance and Financial Warranties for this pit.

Grading,topsoiling,and seeding were completed in the spring of 1998. The landowner has been growing crops since
then. The enclosed photographs are of the first planting. The area has recently been planted again and is growing
well.
Copies of this request were sent to the County and to the property owner. Proof of mailing is enclosed.
