RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF GILBERT TRUJILLO TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY
REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Gilbert Trujillo be appointed to said board as
the Probation Department representative, to replace Jeff Carpenter, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Gilbert Trujillo to said board, with
his term to expire November 1, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Gilbert Trujillo be, and hereby is, appointed to the Juvenile
Community Review Board, with his term to expire November 1, 2001.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 16th day of August, A.D., 1999.
