Home My WebLink About960526.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE FINANCIAL STATUS REPORT FOR HOUSING PRESERVATION GRANT AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Financial Status Report for the Housing Preservation Grant from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Weld County Housing Authority, including all expenditures through December 31, 1995, as stated in said report, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said report, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, ex-officio Housing Authority Board, that the Financial Status Report for the Housing Preservation Grant from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Weld County Housing Authority, be, and hereby is, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to sign said report. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of March, A.D., 1996. The attached report includes all program expenditures through December 31, 1995. A separate report covering program issues has been previously submitted. Total expenditures through December 31, 1995 were $50,598.95. All funds are expected to be spent by the program deadline of May 31, 1996 Staff is recommending your approval of the Quarterly Financial Report for the quarter ending December 31, 1995.
