I have reviewed the current version of the Buffalo Ridge Estates Covenants. They are
satisfactory from the County's standpoint including new provisions for assessment of a substitute
water supply if the wells become insufficient. (§ 4.8)
This approval is not intended as legal advice for the declarant nor is it intended to indicate
ratification of the covenants by Weld County.
