Dear Scott:
Regarding our telephone conversation of August 11, 1998, I am sending you this letter
requesting an extension of 60 days on the demolition of the old herdsman's house.

This extension its needed because the mineral search will not be completed. Also,we
• are waiting on a well to be capped before we can get the information from the Division
of Water Resources on an existing well. '
