Home My WebLink About992572.tiff RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS MINUTES HOUSING AUTHORITY WELD COUNTY, COLORADO OCTOBER 25, 1999 TAPE #99-34 The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, met in regular session as the Housing Authority Board in full conformity with the laws of the State of Colorado at the regular place of meeting in the Weld County Centennial Center, Greeley, Colorado, October 25, 1999, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. ROLL CALL: The meeting was called to order by the Chair and on roll call the following members were present, constituting a quorum of the members thereof: Commissioner Dale K. Hall, Chair Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmeyer, Pro-Tem Commissioner George E. Baxter Commissioner M. J. Geile Commissioner Glenn Vaad Also present: County Attorney, Bruce Barker Acting Clerk to the Board, Esther Gesick Finance and Administration Director, Don Warden MINUTES: Commissioner Vaad moved to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority Board meeting of September27, 1999, as printed. Commissioner Geile seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. NEW BUSINESS: CONSIDER RENTAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM APPLICATION AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - MARVIN MOSNESS: Tom Teixeira, Director of Greeley/Weld County Housing Authority, stated this project will improve four rental units. Commission Baxter moved to approve said application and authorize the Chair to sign. Seconded by Commissioner Vaad, the motion carried unanimously. CONSIDER RENTAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM APPLICATION AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN- JOSE FRANCO AND ROSA PEREA: Mr. Teixeira stated this application is for emergency funds to fix a septic system. Commissioner Vaad moved to approve said application and authorize the Chair to sign. Seconded by Commissioner Baxter, the motion carried unanimously. CONSIDER CASE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - ACHILLES BARDOS: Mr. Teixeira stated this agreement is part of the process to receive funding for shelters. Commissioner Geile moved to approve said agreement. Seconded by Commissioner Kirkmeyer, the motion carried unanimously.
