EAST GREELEY SANITATION DISTRICT,)
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO ) ON PETITION
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That there were filed in
the District Court in Weld County, Colorado, on the 13th day of
February , 1963, Petitions entitled: "In Re the Organization
of East Greeley Sanitation District, Weld County, Colorado",
which Petitions pray for the organization of the above named
Sanitation District, Said Petitions are now on file at the of-
fice of the Clerk of the District Court for Weld County, Colo-
rado, in Greeley, Colorado, and are available for public inspec-
tion.
The purposes of the District are to provide a complete
sanitary sewer collection system and treatment facilities and
service for said District and the inhabitants thereof, such fa-
cilities to be acquired, constructed and installed from time to
time as the needs of the District and its inhabitants may require.
The estimated coat of the proposed sewer improvements
is $ 275.000,00
The proposed District is located in Weld County, Colo-
rado, and is more particularly described as follows:

A contiguous tract of land located in Sections
9, 10, 15 and 16, Township 5 North, Range 65
West of the 6th Principal Meridian in Weld County,
Colorado, encompassing the following described
parcels of land:
All of the South Half (S1/2) of said Section 10
and the South 330.00 feet of the North Half
(N1/2) of said Section 10.
The Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of the Northwest
Quarter (NW1/4) of said Section 15.
The Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of the Northeast
Quarter (NE1/4) of said Section 16. The North

NOTICE IS kuNTHER GIVEN, That by an order of the Dis-
trict Court in Weld County, a public hearing on said Petition
will be held at the hour of 9:30 o'clock A . M., in the Dis-
trict Court Room at Greeley, Colorado, on Monday , the itth
day of March , 1963, at which time and place any person. in
interest may appear, if they so desire.
